  • We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party networks, device issues, or user error.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the app.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

If the app includes paid features or subscriptions:
  • Fees will be disclosed before purchase. 
  • Payments are handled through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play). 
  • All purchases are subject to their respective refund and billing policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
